We custom design to fit the needs and lifestyle of our clients. Phil is very creative in use of space and architectural detail. It is important to design for each family's lifestyle and investment. Phil Myers Custom Homes has been "Green" for over 30 years in overall energy efficiency and conservation. The home is designed for the lot: orienting for energy efficiency and assuring that the the house and property complement each other.
